| Description of Activities | We raise Llamas and Shetland Sheep for their fiber. There will be ongoing fiber demonstrations including preparation of fleece, spinning and felting for kids. Make felted balls and take them home. Learn how to use a lucet, an ancient Viking braiding tool. Spinning and fiber preparation demonstrated. Visit with the llamas and sheep in their pasture. Meet Jack, our big beautiful Percheron; he can't see you, but he loves your attention. Fiber and farm products will be available for sale. |
